To provide our AI-driven dating assistance, we carefully collect only what we need:

• Account & Profile Data: If you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication details.
• Chat Screenshots & History: When you upload screenshots of your dating conversations for our AI to analyze, we process these images to generate contextual replies. These images and the generated replies are securely stored in your personal account history (hosted on cloud infrastructure such as Supabase) so you can review your past interactions within the App.
• Usage & Analytics: We automatically log interactions within the App, such as the tones selected (e.g., Flirty, Funny, Bold) and feature usage frequency, to optimize our algorithms.
• Device Information: We collect non-personally identifiable diagnostic data including your IP address, device type, OS version, and crash logs to ensure app stability.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is strictly used to improve your experience and deliver our core services:

• Analyzing uploaded conversation context to generate personalized, witty, and relevant AI replies.
• Providing you with a personal history log, allowing you to access and review your past uploaded screenshots and successful generated text directly within your account.
• Detecting and resolving bugs, maintaining platform security, and preventing abusive behavior.
• Sending essential service updates, account notifications, or responding to your support requests.
• Aggregating anonymized usage patterns to improve our AI models and user interface.

3. Private & Secure Chat Storage

We respect the deeply personal nature of dating. Your screenshots and chat history are securely stored in private cloud buckets tied directly to your authenticated session. This data is strictly for your personal viewing and review. We never use your private conversations to train public AI models. Your data remains completely private, and you are free to delete your history or your account at any time.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data in the following limited circumstances:

• Trusted Service Providers: We use secure, industry-standard third parties for hosting (e.g., Supabase), analytics, and AI processing. These partners are legally bound to protect your data and only use it for the services they provide to us.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or governmental request to protect our legal rights or the safety of our users.

5. Your Privacy Rights & Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. You may:

• Request a copy of the personal data tied to your account.
• Opt-out of marketing communications at any time.
• Delete Your Account: You can completely delete your account and associated personal data directly within the App's settings, or by emailing us. Doing so is permanent and cannot be reversed.

We implement robust, commercially reasonable security protocols, including encryption in transit and at rest, to protect your data. However, please remember that no digital transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute absolute security against sophisticated cyber threats.

7. Children's Privacy

Replyzz is strictly intended for adults eighteen (18) years of age or older. We do not intentionally collect data from anyone under 18. If we discover a minor has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete their account and data.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal obligations. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page. Continued use of Replyzz after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
