1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Replyzz. By downloading the Replyzz mobile application (the "App") or accessing the website replyzz.com (the "Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. Replyzz is operated by Replyzz ("we", "us", "our").

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use Replyzz. By using the app, you affirmatively represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. How Replyzz Works

Replyzz is an AI-powered dating assistant designed to help you craft witty, personalized responses to dating chat conversations. By uploading a screenshot of a conversation, our artificial intelligence algorithms analyze the context to suggest potential replies. You acknowledge that Replyzz is an advisory tool only. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, matches, or dates resulting from the use of our suggested replies.

3. Acceptable Use & Conduct

When using Replyzz, you agree that you will not:

• Upload screenshots or content that violates the privacy, copyright, or intellectual property rights of third parties.
• Use the App to generate abusive, harassing, defamatory, or explicit content that violates the terms of the dating platforms you are communicating on.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or proprietary AI models of the App.
• Use automated systems (bots, spiders) to scrape data or overwhelm our servers.

4. User Content & Screenshots

When you upload screenshots to Replyzz, you represent that you have the right to process this conversation. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded images. Your uploaded screenshots and generated replies are stored securely in your personal account history (via our cloud providers) to allow you to review them at a later time. You are fully responsible for the content you upload and choose to store within your Replyzz account.

5. Intellectual Property

Everything inside Replyzz (excluding your uploaded screenshots) — including the software, AI algorithms, design, logos, and UI — is the exclusive property of Replyzz and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

6. Subscriptions, Payments, and Cancellations

Replyzz may offer premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions (e.g., Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly plans). Payments are processed securely via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Cancellations & Refunds: You must manage your subscription directly through your Apple ID or Google Play account. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as strictly required by local consumer laws.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

Disclaimer of Warranties: Replyzz is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees regarding the app's uninterrupted availability, accuracy of the AI, or effectiveness in dating scenarios.

Limitation of Liability: To the absolute maximum extent permitted by law, Replyzz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to lost opportunities, emotional distress, or damage to your devices.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at our discretion. If we make significant material changes, we may notify you via the App or by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Replyzz following any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
